TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RR BNF, Frame or Accessory orders can not be cancelled or returned once ordered if we already have started the production or ordered any custom parts.
RRFPV will cover any faulty part, labor service and shipping back to customer in case the customer can probe with Blackbox, video, DVR and proper explanation with the supervision and approbal by RRFPV for the case.
RRFPV wont cover any extra damage on other parts/gear produced by a faulty part on BNF. Will be covered the part itself on warranty (if applicable) and the labor to replace/repair it, with the testing service included.
For any out-of-warranty repair, the customer must pay the shipping and repair labor cost previously agreed with RRFPV.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”), the following definitions apply:
a) "RRFPV" refers to RRFPV SLU, the seller and manufacturer of the Products.
b) "Products" refers to aircraft frames, BNF drones, components, batteries, electronics, accessories, assembly/tuning services, or any other items offered for sale by RRFPV.
c) "BNF" means bind-and-fly aircraft, partially or fully assembled with electronics.
d) "Buyer" means any natural or legal person purchasing Products from RRFPV.
e) "Business Buyer" means a legal entity purchasing for commercial or industrial use.
f) "Consumer" means an individual purchasing for personal use, as defined under EU law.
g) "Experimental Hardware" means non-certified electronic or mechanical equipment designed for testing, lab evaluation or engineering purposes.
h) "DOA" means dead-on-arrival, i.e., malfunction at delivery.
i) "UAS" means unmanned aircraft system.
These Terms govern all sales of Products offered by RRFPV through its website, communications, proforma invoices, email, and other sales channels, including international and export sales.
By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges acceptance of these Terms.
RRFPV reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version applicable is the one in force at the time of purchase.
RRFPV Products are sold strictly as experimental, non-certified hardware intended for engineering evaluation, private testing, laboratory analysis, bench testing, and hobby research use.
RRFPV Products are not certified UAS, are not CE-marked, do not include any Class identification (C0–C6) under Regulation (EU) 2019/945, and are not approved for aviation use, outdoor flight, professional flight operations, or operation in public or regulated airspace.
RRFPV does not represent or warrant that the Products are compliant with aviation, safety, radiofrequency, telecommunications, defense, or battery certification requirements of any jurisdiction.
The Products are not intended for:
Any such use shall require the Buyer to obtain appropriate certifications, authorizations, approvals, or licenses as required by the competent regulatory authority.
RRFPV shall not be liable for any regulatory violations, fines, damages, losses, claims, penalties, or enforcement actions arising from improper, illegal, unapproved, or uncertified use.
Within the European Union and EEA, operation of UAS in public airspace is regulated under Regulation (EU) 2019/945 and Regulation (EU) 2019/947.- 2020/1058
RRFPV Products are sold as non-certified experimental hardware and therefore:
The Buyer assumes full responsibility for compliance with applicable European aviation, safety, RF, EMC, and battery regulations.
In the United States, UAS operations and radio equipment are regulated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
RRFPV Products:
a) are not FAA-certified or approved,
b) are not FCC-authorized for UAS operational use,
c) are not NDAA-certified for U.S. Government procurement,
d) are not marketed or sold for governmental, defense, or law-enforcement use.
RRFPV does not guarantee that the Products may be imported into or operated within the United States without additional compliance actions by the Buyer.
The Buyer assumes full responsibility for satisfying FAA, FCC, NDAA, and state-level compliance.
The Products may be subject to export, re-export, or import control regulations, including but not limited to:
RRFPV does not authorize diversion of Products to embargoed, sanctioned, or restricted end-users, end-uses, or jurisdictions.
The Buyer assumes full responsibility for obtaining any required export or import licenses, clearances, or documentation.
The Buyer acknowledges that regulatory compliance related to aviation, RF, telecommunications, battery transport, and customs import/export lies solely with the Buyer.
RRFPV does not provide legal guidance, operational guidance, regulatory guidance, or certification services unless expressly agreed in writing.
Many Products require assembly, tuning, soldering, configuration, calibration, and firmware installation by the Buyer.
The Buyer acknowledges that:
RRFPV shall not be liable for damage caused by assembly, firmware, tuning, incorrect configuration, or modification by the Buyer or third parties.
RRFPV provides warranty only against manufacturing defects and DOA (dead-on-arrival) hardware.
Warranty does not cover:
a) crashes,
b) impact damage,
c) water damage,
d) electrical damage (short-circuit, over-voltage, over-current),
e) tuning or firmware damage,
f) over-heating or overload,
g) battery failure,
h) misuse, abuse, or incorrect operation,
i) use as UAS in aviation environments or public airspace.
Warranty does not apply if the Product has been disassembled, modified, flashed, soldered, reworked, tuned, or operated outside of design parameters.
DOA claims must be reported within 72 hours from delivery with evidence.
RRFPV complies with European consumer protection regulations. Consumers residing within the EU have the right to withdraw from standard purchases within 14 calendar days from delivery, provided that the Product:
RRFPV may refuse returns or apply deductions if the Product shows signs of assembly, modification, or use.
The right of withdrawal or Cancel order does not apply to:
a) BNF drones,
b) Products built-to-order,
c) Custom assemblies,
d) Custom soldering or wiring,
e) Tuning or configuration services,
f) Firmware installation,
g) Products requiring manufacturing allocation,
h) Pre-order or special-order items.
Such Products are considered made-to-specification and therefore excluded under EU consumer law from withdrawal rights.
RRFPV ships internationally through third-party carriers. Transit time, delays, customs inspection, and import procedures are outside RRFPV’s control.
Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer upon handover to the carrier unless otherwise agreed.
Estimated production times, lead times, and delivery dates displayed on the website, provided during checkout, or communicated via email or other channels shall be considered non-binding estimates only. Such estimates are provided on a best-effort basis and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date nor a condition where “time is of the essence”.
BNF drones, custom configurations, assembly, tuning, wiring, firmware installation, testing, QA processes, component sourcing and international shipping may be subject to delays arising from, including but not limited to:
(a) supply chain shortages or component allocation,
(b) vendor delays,
(c) production workload or scheduling,
(d) testing or tuning issues,
(e) quality control processes,
(f) carrier or logistics disruptions,
(g) customs inspections or clearance delays,
(h) regulatory checks,
(i) export/import documentation delays, or
(j) force majeure events.
The Buyer acknowledges that such delays do not entitle the Buyer to cancel the order, refuse delivery, request refunds, claim damages, or demand compensation of any kind.
BNF, built-to-order, custom assembly, and configuration orders are considered non-cancellable and non-refundable, even in the event of delays in production, testing, logistics, or customs. The Buyer accepts the risk of extended lead times inherent to custom UAS experimental hardware manufacturing and international shipments.
International shipments may require customs clearance. The Buyer is solely responsible for:
RRFPV shall not be liable for shipments delayed, seized, inspected, refused, or destroyed by customs authorities.
Failure to clear customs does not entitle the Buyer to a refund.
Lithium Polymer batteries (LiPo) are regulated as Dangerous Goods (UN3480/UN3481) under international transport law.
The Buyer acknowledges that:
RRFPV does not guarantee transport availability for LiPo batteries to any country.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all international shipments are made EXW (Incoterms 2020) from Spain.
RRFPV does not ship under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) unless explicitly contracted.
The Buyer bears all costs and risks associated with export, import, and customs clearance.
DOA claims must be filed within 72 hours of delivery and must include:
RRFPV may request return of the Product for inspection. If DOA is confirmed, RRFPV may, at its discretion, replace the item or issue a refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RRFPV shall not be liable for:
RRFPV does not assume any role as aircraft manufacturer, UAS integrator, operator, maintainer, or pilot.
The Buyer assumes full responsibility for operation, testing, firmware, tuning, and deployment of the Products.
Consumers receive applicable protections under EU consumer law.
Business Buyers explicitly waive:
Business contracts are considered final and binding upon invoice acceptance or payment.
Except as explicitly stated herein, RRFPV provides no other warranties, express or implied, including:
RRFPV shall not be liable for delays due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, component shortages, carrier disruptions, or regulatory changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
For Consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
Exclusive jurisdiction for disputes lies in the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless otherwise mandated by EU consumer law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

• EASA class certification

• FAA category certification
• or equivalent regulatory systems.
RRFPV platforms should therefore be considered engineering and development systems rather than fully certified commercial drone products.
Customers are responsible for verifying regulatory compliance within their specific jurisdiction before operating any UAV system.
RRFPV UAV platforms are designed for professional users and organizations that require:
• advanced UAV platforms
• custom drone solutions
• technical training platforms
• payload integration systems
• experimental aerial systems
These systems are not intended to be used as consumer products.
Operation of RRFPV platforms requires technical knowledge, operational responsibility, and compliance with aviation regulations.
Many RRFPV platforms are provided as prototype, experimental, or development UAV systems.
Such systems may require:
• configuration and tuning
• integration of payload systems
• technical setup and calibration
• ongoing maintenance
By purchasing RRFPV products, the customer acknowledges that the platform may require technical expertise to operate safely and effectively.
RRFPV assumes that customers have the necessary technical capabilities or access to qualified personnel.
The operation of UAV systems is subject to local, national, and international regulations.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws including but not limited to:
• aviation regulations
• flight authorization requirements
• airspace restrictions
• pilot licensing requirements
• operational risk assessments
RRFPV shall not be responsible for regulatory violations resulting from the use of its products.
The purchaser and operator assume full responsibility for the safe and lawful operation of any UAV platform supplied by RRFPV.
This responsibility includes:
• safe flight operations
• maintenance and inspection of equipment
• proper system configuration
• safe payload integration
RRFPV shall not be held responsible for:
• accidents resulting from misuse
• improper operation
• unauthorized modifications
• failure to follow operational guidelines
RRFPV products may be used by:
• industrial operators
• training institutions
• research organizations
• engineering teams
• professional drone operators
Certain RRFPV platforms are specifically designed as training systems that allow users to learn:
• drone assembly
• system configuration
• maintenance and repair
• flight operation techniques
Training platforms are intended for use in controlled environments and under responsible supervision.
RRFPV platforms may support integration of third-party payloads such as:
• cameras
• sensors
• mapping equipment
• communication systems
• experimental modules
Customers are responsible for ensuring that payload integration complies with all applicable laws and safety requirements.
RRFPV does not assume responsibility for third-party payloads integrated by the customer.
RRFPV UAV platforms are not designed, marketed, or sold as weapon systems.
Customers agree not to use RRFPV products for unlawful purposes.
Any modification or integration that violates local laws or regulations is solely the responsibility of the customer.
RRFPV provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
• crashes or impact events
• improper assembly
• incorrect firmware configuration
• unauthorized modifications
• improper battery usage
• operation outside recommended parameters
Due to the nature of UAV systems, normal operational wear and damage caused by accidents are not covered under warranty.
RRFPV UAV platforms are advanced technical systems and must be operated responsibly.
RRFPV shall not be liable for:
• operational accidents
• damage to equipment
• loss of aircraft
• damage to third-party property
• injury resulting from improper operation
• regulatory violations
The customer assumes full responsibility for the safe integration, deployment, and operation of the UAV system.
RRFPV may provide technical guidance and engineering assistance when required.
However, such assistance does not transfer operational responsibility from the customer to RRFPV.
Customers remain fully responsible for the deployment and operation of the UAV platform.
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable export regulations and restrictions in their jurisdiction.
RRFPV reserves the right to refuse sales where export restrictions, legal concerns, or regulatory limitations apply.
By purchasing products or services from RRFPV, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
